MANILA, Philippines — A number of native authorities items (LGUs) have suspended courses on Monday (July 7) as a result of inclement climate introduced by the southwest monsoon and Hurricane Bising (worldwide identify: Danas).
Lessons are suspended within the following areas:
- Complete province of Ilocos Sur – all ranges, private and non-private colleges;
work in public places of work - Lingayen, Pangasinan – all ranges, private and non-private colleges
- Masantol, Pampanga – all ranges, private and non-private colleges
- Bauang, La Union – all ranges, private and non-private colleges

In its 5 p.m. climate bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Providers Administration (Pagasa) hoisted Tropical Cyclone Wind Sign No. 1 in Batanes as Bising accelerates northeastward in the direction of Taiwan on Sunday afternoon.

Pagasa mentioned that the middle of Bising was positioned 335 kilometers west northwest of Itbayat in Batanes outdoors the Philippine space of duty (PAR).
The state climate bureau additionally mentioned that Bising might enter the northwestern boundary of PAR on Sunday evening and can exit the northern boundary of PAR by Monday morning.
