Don’t cancel but: When you cancel Dialpad earlier than the port is full, you might lose your numbers.
Get your Switch PIN: Log in to your Dialpad Admin Portal. Go to Settings > Workplace > Quantity Porting to generate your switch PIN.
Submit LOA: Present your new supplier (e.g., Nextiva) with a Letter of Company (LOA) and your latest Dialpad invoice.
Look ahead to the date: Porting sometimes takes 5–10 enterprise days.
