PH plane challenges Chinese language vessel off Cagayan

MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) deployed its plane to conduct a Maritime Area Consciousness (MDA) flight and problem the Chinese language analysis vessel Tan Suo Er Hao monitored off Cagayan province in northern Luzon on Tuesday.
