CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY — Authorities arrested 20 Chinese language nationals within the Davao area on Wednesday, uncovering an alleged unlawful mining and smuggling community that yielded explosives and uniforms of the Chinese language Folks’s Liberation Military (PLA).

The joint operation, led by the Bureau of Immigration (BI) Area 11 and backed by the Military’s tenth Infantry Division, focused areas in Pantukan, Davao de Oro, and Tagum Metropolis, Davao del Norte.
