MANILA, Philippines — A preferred bookstore chain pulled out its cash envelopes in its so-called “election necessities” bundle after being known as out by the Fee on Elections (Comelec).
Comelec Chairman George Erwin Garcia wrote to the bookstore final March 17 to request “corrective motion” on its in-store signage for “Election Supplies Necessities.”
