KORONADAL CITY — 4 individuals have been killed and 13 others have been injured, together with an 85-year-old lady and a 2-year-old lady, in a head-on collision between a personal commuter van and a pick-up truck on the nationwide freeway in Common Santos Metropolis on Sunday afternoon.
