MANILA, Philippines – The Division of Price range and Administration (DBM) has moved to bar contractors linked to anomalous flood management initiatives from authorities procurement.
This as President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. directed the rapid blacklisting of erring companies.
DBM Secretary Amenah Pangandaman on Monday stated the Procurement Service-DBM (PS-DBM) has already cancelled the Philippine Authorities Digital Procurement System (PhilGEPS) membership of 9 firms related to businesswoman Cezarah Rowena “Sarah” Discaya.

The PS-DBM can be getting ready to take away extra companies —together with SYMS Building Buying and selling and Wawao Builders— from the registry, as soon as the Division of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) points official blacklisting orders.
